- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves

- 1 Pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
- 4 Ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 1 large Red pepper, quartered, seeded
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

1. Place eggplant, red bell peppers, zucchinis and fresh mushrooms in a medium bowl
- 1 small eggplant, cut into 3/4 inch thick
- slices
- 2 small red bell peppers, seeded and cut

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil

- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored
- gelatin mix

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Peppers

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut
- into bite-size lengths

Midwestern Chowder

This is one of my favorite soups in the wintertime
- Rue:
- 4 c diced potatoes
- 1 c carrots – shredded
- 1 c celery-shredded
- 1 cup onion, chopped finely
- 3 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 cups boiling water
- Chix bullion cubes for flavor
- Velveeta
- 2 cans corn
- ½ c margarine
- ½ flour
- 4 c milk
- Make Rue, pour into veggies
- Add 20 oz Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans corn, drained
BBQ Grilled Steak Wraps
