- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can Tomato soup
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Dried onion
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder (a little)
Church Ladies Hash Brown Casserole

This is great for brunch or potluck, too!
- 2 # hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (chix or celery)
- 1 c milk
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c butter (put on top)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c or more chopped sausage or ham
- *May substitute 1/2 pkg onion soup mix to season.
Prairie-Land Pot Roast

- 1 boneless beef shoulder pot roast roast (2 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 lb. Yukon gold or all-purpose potatoes, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

"Chicken drumsticks and thighs are wrapped in bacon and baked with baby potatoes and a special seasoning mix
- Seasoning Mix:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 12 slices center-cut bacon
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds baby Dutch yellow potatoes
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Crispy Potato Quiche

Press thawed hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture
- 24 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1 c shredded hot pepper cheese
- 1 c shredded swiss cheese
- 1 c diced, cooked ham
- 1/2 c half & half
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
Caramel-Chocolate Oat Squares

Melt butter 30-45 seconds until softened
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 24 caramels
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 c semisweet choc chips
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional)
