Put ½ Rice Krispies mix in bottom of buttered pan – cover with caramel sauce
- Caramel: Mix following 2 minutes at a time:
- 16 oz. marshmallows
- 8 c Rice Krispies
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg caramels
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 stick butter

Tunnel of Fudge Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 c bundt pan or 10 in tube pan
- Cake:
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 c butter, softened
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
- 2 c chopped pecans or walnuts
- Glaze:
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
- 4 to 6 t milk
- NOTE: Nuts are essential for the success of this recipe. Because this cake has a soft filling, an ordinary doneness test cannot be used. Accurate oven temperature and baking times are essential.

German Chocolate Bars

My aunt makes these amazing bars
- Top with caramel sauce:
- One box German chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 c canned evaporated milk
- 3/4 c oil
- 3/4 c nuts
- Mix together and put 1/2 batter in pan and bake 8 mins @ 350 degrees.
- 1 jar carmel apple dip in produce aisle OR 14 oz carmels – unwrap and microwave with 1/3 c evap milk
- Then sprinkle with one cup choc chips
- Dot with remaining batter.
