- Crust:
- 22 squares graham crackers, crushed
- 1/3 c sugar
- ½ c melted butter
- Press into bottom & sides of 9 inch spring form pan
- Filling:
- 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- ¾ c sugar
- Cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Beat until creamy.
- Beat eggs and fold into cheese mixture.
