Best Banana muffin recipe

These are the only banana muffins I make now
- 9 large muffins
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 ⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 ⁄3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
Best Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad recipe adapted from Better Homes and Gardens, and it's the best I've ever had
- 2 (7 1/16 ounce) bags chunk white tuna in water, drained of liquid ( vacuum-sealed)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped ( about one stalk)
- 1 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onion ( about two green onions)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise ( heaping)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill ( or two tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp basil, if using chicken instead of tuna)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Veal Cutlet

This is a family favorite and originated from my father's mother
- Seasonings:
- 2 Lbs. Veal Scallopini
- 1-2 Cup Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Olive Oil for Frying
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Romano Cheese (Grated)
Spaghetti Meat Sauce

This is a family favorite meat sauce to be used for various types of spaghetti or macaroni
- Spices:
- 2-29 oz Tomato Puree
- 2 6oz Tomato Paste
- 3- 29 oz Water (Fill Tomato Puree can)
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 5-6 Celary Stalks (Diced, Celary Leafs)
- 1 Whole Garlic Minced
- 2 lb. Sirloin Roast Cut into pieces
- 2 Beef Soup Bones
- 1 Package Beef Short Ribs
- 4 links Hot Sausage
- 4 links Sweet Sausage
- - Meatballs (Recipe for Meatballs)
- Garlic Salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- 2 Tbl Sugar
Protein Power Goddess Bowl

Rock your inner goddess with this incredibly delicious, creamy, and tangy high-protein vegetable bowl
- 2 cups uncooked brown rice (or however much you want to make)
- 1.5-2 cups uncooked lentils (you need 4 cups cooked lentils)
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and diced
- 1 red/yellow/orange pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup Tahini lemon garlic dressing
- 8-10 sundried tomatoes, sliced (optional)
- 2 large handfuls of mixed greens (or spinach)
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges and olives, for garnish (optional)
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste (I think I used about 1/4-1/2 tsp kosher salt in the sauté)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

Italian Meatballs
- Seasonings:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Meat
- 1/2 Seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- Romano cheese
- Garlic Salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley flakes
Broccoli Slaw

Mix all dry ingredients Mix Dressing ingredients and add to above mixture
- 1 Head Broccoli - chopped finely
- 1 Red Delicious apple - chopped
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Grilled Pork Chops

Marinade Grilled Pork Chops
- 2 Pork Loin Chops with Tenderloin
- 1 pkg Grill Mates Montreal Steak Marinade
- 1/4 cup Oil Olive
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Cavatelli Pastas

Homemade Cavatelli Pasta
- 4 Cups Flower
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
Greens and Beans

Add a little Olive oil to saute pan
- 16 oz package - Baby Spinach ( organic - washed ready to use)
- 2 15.5 oz cans Cannellini Beans
- 1/2 medium Onion (sliced)
- 2 Hot Banana Peppers, cut in half seeds removed and sliced in pieces
- 1 red hot pepper (chilli?), cut in half seeds removed and sliced into peices.
- 4 pieces of Hot Sausage (1/2 lb) or 1/2 lb hot bulk sausage (Optional)
- 4 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Hot Red Pepper Flakes
- Garlic Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 8 to 10 Hot pepper rings ( Optional)
