Spinach Balls

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight
- 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained.
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 2 onions minced
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbl pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 TBL Accent

Tomato Based Soup with Beans and Small Pasta
- Sauce:
- 1/2 Lb. (Dry) Great Northern Beans
- 1 Lb. Ditali Pasta
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 3-4 Stalks Celery (Diced)
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2 15 1/2 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 3 Cans Beef Broth
- Seasoning:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Parsley
Dried Beef Dip

Mix all ingredients together and cook on the stove for 30 minutes or until cooked
- 2 lb round pumpernickel bread
- 2 1 lb round pumpernickel bread
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 16 oz. phy cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz sour cream
- 4 pkgs dried beef, chopped

- 2 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Pepper seeds removed and chopped
- 1 Chilli Pepper seeds removed and chopped
- 1 Banana Pepper seeds removed and chopped
- 2 Cubenella peppers seeds removed and chopped
- 2 - 29 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 29 oz Can Italian Style Diced Tomato
- 1 can water
- 4 - 15 oz cans Kidney beans (You can use all Dark Red, Light Red and white or mix them)
- Chilli seasoning package - Hot ot Mild whatever you like
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Chilli powder

- 2 Chilean Sea Bass portions (about 3/4 pound)
- Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Olive Oil
- 1 tbl Sesame Oil

- Main Soup:
- 1 Whole Stewing Chicken or Roasting Chicken
- 4 Celery Stalks (Diced) and Celery Leaves

- 1 Cup Mazola Oil
- 1 Cup Hot Pepper Rings
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar From Hot Pepper Jar
- 1/3 Cup Cidar Vinegar

- 1 Can Drained Black Olives
- 2 Celery Hearts cut in 3/4 in. pieces

- Make this seasoning for each of the roasts:
- 2 - Whole filet of beef tenderloin, trimmed ( about 4 1/2 pounds each)
- 3 tablespoons good Olive Oil
