Homemade Cavatelli Pasta

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Flower
• 1 1/2 Cups Water

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix flour and water, work dough until smooth.

2.Roll dough into a strip.

3.Cut into small pieces and roll into little strips

4.Put flour in bowl

5.Place strips in flour

6.Put through machine

7.Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper

8.Make sure they don’t touch

9.Freeze pasta than place in ziplock freezer bags

Note – Double the recipe but make individual.
Cook 4 to 5 cups for a meal
