Best Banana Muffins
- 4 large very ripe Bananas mashed
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups plain all-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Streusel Topping ( not necessary but can add if you like)
- 1/2 cup plain Flour
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 stick cold Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Roasted Red Pepper Salad

Roasted Red Pepper Salad
- 12 Red Peppers
- 1 Cup Mazola Oil
- 1 Can Jumbo Black Olives (Drained)
- 2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 3 Large Cloves of Garlic Cut in Half and put on toothpicks
Dried Hot Sausage

1) Cut sausage into approximately 2 feet increments
- 15 Lbs. Hot Sausage
