- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 large eggs, divided use
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon half and half cream, divided
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1-1/2 shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1-1/2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
CHRISTMAS CRACK TOFFEE

- Bag of Pretzels
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Boil for 2 minutes to 4 minutes. and don't boil.
- Pour over pretzel.
- Bake at 450 for 5 minutes.
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Put in oven to melt chocolate smooth chocolate.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt
- Break up and serve.

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
