- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
