- 1 pound dried Italian tubular pasta, such as penne
- 2 Tbsp. vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, snipped with a scissors
Chicken with Olives

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 * 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 * 6 pieces Chicken (I Used Thighs And Legs) With Skin
- 1 * 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 5 * 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 * 2 whole Green Bell Peppers, Seeded And Chopped Into Large Pieces
- 1 * 1 whole 28 Ounce Can Whole Tomatoes, Completely Drained And Juice Squeezed Out, Chopped
- 1 * 1 cup White Wine (or Low Sodium Chicken Broth)
- * Salt
- * Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- * ¼ cups Heavy Cream
- 1 * 1 cup Whole Green Olives
- 12 * 12 ounces, weight Linguine, Cooked Al Dente And Drained
Dijon-Crusted Chicken Breasts

- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

- 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender; cool
- 3/4 chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees to 115 degrees)
- 1/2 cup warm milk (110 degrees to 115 degrees)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 3-1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds

- 3 tsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk, divided
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil or 4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
