- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2-1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef consomme, undiluted
- 2 medium onions, halved and sliced
- 1 cup red wine or beef broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 jars (6-1/2 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 20 small fresh mushrooms, halved
- Hot cooked noodles
Spaghettini with Shrimp and Chile

Drain the shrimp and leave to one side for a moment
- 1-1/2 cups frozen cooked peeled shrimp, defrosted
- salt
- 8 ounces spaghettini
- 1/4 cup finely sliced scallions
- 1/2 tsp. crushed chile flakes
- 2 Tbsp. garlic-infused oil
- 1 cup sunblush tomatoes in seasoned oil
- 1/2 cup white wine or Noilly Prat
- 1-1/2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Smoked-Turkey Sandwiches with Arugula Mayonnaise

Mix mayonnaise, chopped arugula, shallots, parsley and lemon peel in small bowl
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (packed) coarsely chopped arugula leaves plus 40 whole arugula leaves (about 5 large bunches total)
- 4 tsp. minced shallots
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. (generous) grated lemon peel
- 16 thin slices firm white sandwich bread, crusts trimmed
- 14 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
Pasta Fagioli Soup

In a large saucepan, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside
- 1/2 pound Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed, crumbled
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, cut into strips
- 5 tsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
