In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk and thyme
- GLAZE:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

In a small saucepan cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water for 2 minutes; drain
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 large red, green, or yellow sweet pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
- 3 1/2 cups chicken Basic Soup Stock or two 141/2-ounce cans chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dried radiator, cavatelli, or farfalle
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil, cilantro, and parsley
