Marinated Beef Tenderloins Recipe

From Karen Haskell of Tempe, Arizona, these steaks have fabulous flavor sure to impress guests
- 1 can (12 ounces) beer or nonalcoholic beer
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (8 ounces each)
Skillet Chicken Parmesan

1.In shallow dish or pie plate, mix Bisquick mix, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 2 cups tomato pasta sauce (from 26-oz jar)
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (4 oz)

Arrange 10 slices of bread in a greased 13-in
- TOPPING:
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together all ingredients except chili sauce and jelly
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup Progresso® dry bread crumbs (any flavor)
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 bottles (12 ounces each) chili sauce
- 2 jars (10 ounces each) grape jelly

- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 drops red food color

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
