Toasted 2-Cheese Confetti Crackers

Mix all ingredients except crackers
- 1 cup kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup kraft mayo real mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs. chopped red pepper
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped green onions
- 48 Triscuit Crackers
Hasselback Potatoes (Swedish)

Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8 inch slices, cutting only 3/4 through
- 6 med. baking potatoes
- 1/4 C margarine or butter, melted
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T dry bread crumbs
- paprika

- 3 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Lorann Flavoring

Italian Pork and Potato Casserole

1. Place potatoes and water in a microwave safe dish
- 6 Cups sliced Red Potatoes
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (6 oz. each)
- 1 Jar (24 oz.) Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Beef Tenderloins

In a bowl or jar combine seasonings
- Two , 2 1/2lb beef tenderloins
- 2 Tbl. Dried Oregano
- 1 Tbl. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbl. Cracked Black Peppercorns
- 1 Tbl. Celery Seed
- 1 Tbl. Marjoram
- 1 Tbl. Coarse Salt
- 1 Tbl. Dried Thyme

- 1 stick butter (no substitute) softened
- 3/4 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 3 rounded tablespoons cocoa
- smidgen of salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 C chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 3 heaping tablespoons cocoa
- 3 T cream or warm milk
- 1 bag miniature marshmallows
Taco Salad Bowl

1. In medium skillet, saute chuck (breaking up with fork) and garlic until chuck is browned - about 10 minutes
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 can (1 lb) tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 quarts bite-size pieces crisp salad greens
- 1 cup (4 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg (6 oz) corn chips, regular size
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
Risotto Milanaise

I a dutch over, melt butter and saute the onion until golden
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 4 to 5 cups chicken-beef broth (3/4 chicken, 1/4 beef)
- Pinch of Saffron
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 packed cup brown sugar

- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 (170 g each) pkg. Baker's White Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1-1/2 chopped cups pecans
