Fried Jalapenos Recipe

Here's an appetizer that will heat up any gathering
- 2 jars (12 ounces each) whole jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1 jar (5 ounces) olive-pimiento cheese spread
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 6 tablespoons cornmeal, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil
Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese

Recommended to use 3oz package of chipped beef
- 1 - 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tb Milk
- 1 Pack Chipped Beef
- 2 Tb Onion Flakes
- 2 Tb Butter
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Cranberry Nut Bread - Ocean Spray

Directions: Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
- 8 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large chicken, boiled, boned and diced (save broth)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small green pepper, diced

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown roast
- Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 -to 3-1/2- lb. boneless beef pot roast (rump, chuck or round)
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 2 lbs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 envelopes Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 3/4 cup water
