Hot Ham and Cheese Dip

- 8 slices smoked ham, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1 bag mini toasts, crackers, or freshly sliced bread
Berry Blast Smoothie

- 1 C Apple juice
- 1 1/2 C Lemonade
- 1 C Frozen raspberries
- 1/2 C Frozen strawberries
- 1 C Raspberry sherbet
Onion Dip Scratch

Onion dip made from scratch using mayo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups diced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Option: Add 2tbls of worcestershire sauce, 4-8oz of cream cheese.
Rasberry Cream Smoothie

- 1 package regular or quick active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup buttermilk
Country Salisbury Steak

HEAT oven to 375ºF. MIX meat, stuffing mix, 1-1/4 cups water and onions until well blended
- 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 cups water, divided
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

1. In large bowl, mix beef, egg, 1/4 cup of the Bisquick mix and the pepper
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in half, then sliced
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
Easy Roasted Pork

HEAT oven to 350°F. PLACE meat in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with 1/2 cup dressing
- 1 boneless pork roast (3 lb.)
- 3/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
- 2 lb. Baking potatoes (about 4), cut into 2-inch chunks 4 Beets (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks
- 4 Onions (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks
- 4 Carrots (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 medium)
