- 3 tbsp tahini paste 45 mL
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 30 mL
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided 30 mL
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin 5 mL
- 1 tsp baking powder 5 mL
- ¼ cup cooked quinoa 60 mL
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley 60 mL
Cranberry Orange Bread

A delicious tart ‘n sweet Cranberry Orange Bread recipe perfect for breakfast or even dessert!
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, roughly chopped
- Note: I added a glaze made of icing sugar and orange juice. Just add orange juice a few drops at a time till you get the desired consistency for your glaze.

4-Ingredient Beet Berry Smoothie

- 1/3 cup roasted or steamed Beets, chopped (canned or vacuum-packed work well)
