Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 2 (15 ounce) containers ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 (26 ounce) jars Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles

- 1/3 cup soy sauce

- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- lemon pepper to tast
- garlic powder to taste

- I used a store bough fish seasoning rub instead of adding the lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
Ranch Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli
- Small onion
- 1 large zucchini* (leave out for cycle 1)
- 1 small package of fresh mushrooms
- 1 red pepper (or any color)
- 1 8oz package of Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 packet of Spicy Ranch Dip Mix
- 1 can of fat free chicken broth
- Minced garlic
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Starch choice: brown rice or low-carb pasta* (leave out for cycle 1)
