- ½ cup fresh key lime juice
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 4 tsp minced key lime zest

- 8 oz. room temperature cream cheese
- 3-4 Tbsp. room temperature butter
- 4 cups confectioner’s sugar
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed key lime juice
- 2-3 tsp key lime zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 c tomato sauce (8oz tomato sauce)
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (or use chili flakes, use vegan and gluten free hot sauce)
