- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper,chopped

- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

SALTED CARAMEL 30-MINUTE CINNAMON ROLLS

Oven: 400 F/ 200C Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch
- Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (add slowly in case you don’t need all of it)
- Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp butter to spread on the dough
- Caramel Sauce:
- I used 1 bag of Cocomels (bought on Amazon) and melted them with a couple tbsp non dairy milk.

Potato - leek Soup

HEAT oil in Dutch oven on medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 large leeks (1 lb./450 g), white parts only, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2 lb. (900 g) baking potatoes (about 4), peeled, cubed
- 5 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

CHICKEN SHAWARMA (MIDDLE EASTERN)

This Middle Eastern chicken is incredibly aromatic
- 2 lb /1 kg chicken thigh fillets , skinless and boneless (Note 3)
- Marinade
- 1 large garlic clove , minced (or 2 small cloves)
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground cardamon
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper (reduce to 1/2 tsp to make it not spicy)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Yoghurt Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic , crushed
- 1 tsp cumin
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- To Serve
- 6 flatbreads (Lebanese or pita bread orhomemade soft flatbreads)
- Sliced lettuce (cos or iceberg)

- 1 cup (200g) White Sugar
