Oven: 400 F/ 200C Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch

  • Dough:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (add slowly in case you don’t need all of it)
  • Cinnamon Filling:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 tbsp butter to spread on the dough
  • Caramel Sauce:
  • I used 1 bag of Cocomels (bought on Amazon) and melted them with a couple tbsp non dairy milk.

  • 2 lb /1 kg chicken thigh fillets , skinless and boneless (Note 3)
