Grilled Halibut with Strawberry Salad

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Four 6- to 8-ounce halibut fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups hulled and halved strawberries (about 10 ounces)
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
LEMON LUSH

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F
- 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 2 (8 OUNCE) PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 1 CUP SUGAR (POWDERED OR GRANULAR)
- 2 (3.4 OUNCE) PACKAGES INSTANT LEMON PUDDING MIX
- 3 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1 (12 OUNCE) CONTAINER FROZED WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
- OPTIONAL
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF LEMON JUICE TO THE CREAM CHEESE PART.
- YOU CAN USE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- ALL 1/4 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE TO PUDDING PORTION.
- CRUSHED PECANS OR WALNUTS TO THE CRUST
Sizzling Flounder or Talipia
