Lemon-white chocolate mini cheesecakes

Heat oven to 325 Melt 2 oz chocolate as directed on package; set aside for later use
- 1 pkg (4 oz) bakers white chocolate, divided
- 28 square shortbread cookies, divided
- 2 tbsp., butter, melted
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar, divided
- 2 pkg (8oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp zest and 1/4 cup juice from 2 lemons
- 2 eggs

Melt the butter in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound beef, 90% lean ground
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups milk, whole
- 1 1/4 cups water, warm
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded sharp
- 1/2 cup American cheese, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced fresh
- 1/4 cup panko, (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
- 1 scallion, green parts sliced
- *Variation: Add some slices of jalapeño for extra kick

In a medium Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until just beginning to brown
- 5 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 4 (15.25 ounce) cans black beans, drained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Orange BBQ Chicken with Grilled Veges

- 1/2 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 red pepper, cut into quarters
