- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (32 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese, divided
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Grands Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can Grands Flaky or Buttermilk Biscuits, quarterd
- 2 - 3 cups shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 10 eggs
- Pre-ccoked cubed ham, sliced ham, sausage patties or ground sausage
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cinnamon Swirl Bread

- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons softened butter, divided
- 2 teaspoons sifted confectioners' sugar, divided (optional)
Cilantro-Jalapeno Cream

Combine all ingredients, and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium size jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Squash Medley

1. Preheat grill to 350 to 400 (medium-high) heat
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp. salt, divided
- 3/4 tsp. pepper, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
Banana Cupcakes

- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup confectioners sugar or as needed to sprinkle on finished cupcakes

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
