- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
COUNTRY STYLE BBQ PORK RIBS

- Ingredients:
- 4 lb. Pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup cherry cola soft drink
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
EASIER THAN APPLE PIE

Prepare: crust as directed on package
- 1 Refrigerated pie crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon
- 4 cups peeled thinly sliced apples (4 medium apples)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. sugar for glaze
CREAMED CHICKEN (COUNTRY STYLE)

1. Saute chicken and thyme in oil 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked
- 3 Half's (1 1/2)boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cubed
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte fresh cut green beans,drained
- Garnish: Parsley
PIZZA OLE

- 1 (1 oz.) package of taco seasoning
- 1 (30 oz.) can or two 16 oz. cans of traditional refried beans
- 4 extra large tortilla wraps
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Diced fresh tomatoes
- Sliced green onion
- Sliced black olives

- 1 (16 oz.) can of chunky pineapple)
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple.
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 12 to 16 oz nondairy whipped topping (thawed)

SPAGHETTIE SAUCE "ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE" (Bill Secret Sauce)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1- pound cans (4 cups) tomatoes
- 2 8-ounce cans (2 cups) seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 3-ounce can (2/3) cup broiled sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons oregano or sage
- 1 can of mushrooms (drained)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup water
- 1 8-ounce can or Rotel.
Easy Chicken & Cheese Enchilada’s

1. Stir soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular 98% fat free or Healthy Request)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 flour tortilla (6 “) warmed
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion sliced
PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE

- 10 oz. flour (about 2 ¼ cups)
- 1 tbsp. baking powder

In a small boel whisk together flour, cinnamon,baking soda, nutmeg and salt then set aside
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or 1 cup apple sauce for healthier alternative.
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cherries (or cranberries).
- 1 cup chopped nuts
