If fresh peas are used, wash and remove tips and strings
- 1/2 lb. fresh or 1 7 oz. package frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 5 oz. can (2/3 cup) bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 5 oz. can (2/3 cup) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. cornstarch

Creamy Pepper Dressing

Combine ingredients; whisk until blended well
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Dash worcestershire sauce
- Dash red pepper flakes
Easy Autumn Pot-Roast

Dredge beef in flour and brown in cooking fat in large frying pan or dutch oven
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lb. beef blade pot roast
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. cooking fat
- 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 6 carrots, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 6 parsnips, cut in half lengthwise, sub something for these.
- Flour
- Water
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK

Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together
- 1 LB. WHITE CHOCOLATE
- 1 LB. JAR CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
- 1 LB. CHOCOLATE
Greek Spaghetti

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 6 oz. uncooked thin spaghetti
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cups chopped seeded plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley, divided
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Marinated Bean Salad

Drain all vegetables. Combine first 7 ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans french style green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can baby lima beans
- 1 16 oz. can tiny green peas
- 1 4 oz. jar pimiento, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 large purple onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 6 or 7 cloves of garlic
Hot Apple Cider
