DEEN BROS LIGHTER UN-FRIED CHICKEN

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 8 skinless boneless chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 lbs.
- 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen's House Seasoning
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 1/4 cups cornflake crumbs
Parmesan Biscuits

Melt butter in pie pan by placing in 425 degree oven for a few minutes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- one 8 to 12 oz. package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
PRETZEL JOY MIX

- 1 LB. WHITE CHOCOLATE WAFERS, MELTED
- 1 CUP RICE KRISPIES
- 1 CUP PEANUTS (EAGLE ROASTED)
- 1 CUP WHITE RAISINS
- 1 CUP CAPTAIN CRUNCH PEANUT BUTTER FLAVORED CEREAL
- 1 CUP BROKEN PRETZEL STICKS ( USE MINIATURE PRETZEL RINGS)

- 1 package (16oz.) linguine
- 2 cups julienned fully cooked ham
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 cups frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup whipping cream

- Filling:
- Must prepare partially ahead
- 1 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 tbsp. brandy
- dash of salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 cup light cream, scalded
- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp. confectioners sugar
- shaved chocolate
Cinnamon Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- May prepare ahead
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cherry Mash Bars

Blend sugar, evaporated milk, salt, marshmallows and butter over low heat; boil for 5 minutes
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
- dash of salt
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 oz. cherry chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups crushed peanuts
BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM

- 2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
- 1 14 OZ. EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1 TO 1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED PECAN, TOASTED
- 3 TAB. BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 TEA. MAPLE EXTRACT
Rice with Chile Peppers and Cheese

Cook rice until just tender, do not overcook
- Oven Temperature: 350
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1-4 oz. can green chiles, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
The Lady's Barbecue Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- pinch of garlic salt or garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
