  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 cup ? pressed or minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mirin (rice wine)
  • 1 1/2 cup Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 3 lb. beef tri-tip steak
