Buttery Barbecue Sauce

Combine all ingredients, mixing well
- 1 1/2 cups melted butter
- 3 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
Oriental Beef

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups diced celery
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

- Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- 4 cups Bisquick or Jiffy mix
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 12 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 tbsp. Bisquick or Jiffy mix

SWISS STEAK

- 4 sq. semi-sweet choc.
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

DRESSING: Whisk together the honey, mayonnaise, mustard until very smooth
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 15 wonton skins, cut into strips ( or if you dont want to fry: 1 up fried crispy chow mein noodles)
- oil for frying
- 1 head lettuce, leaves shredded or torn
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, meat shredded iwht your fingers
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- handful snow peas, sliced on diagonal
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- makes scant 1 cup ( use half for the salad and store the rest in refrigerator)
- 6 tab. honey
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Southwestern Dip

1. In a medium bowl, combine parsley, onion, chili powder, chives, cumin, and salt
- DIP:
- 1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup dried minced onion
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup dried chives
- 1/4 cup ground cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. Southwestern Dip Mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
