Cheddar Cheese Baked Potato Soup

Microwave the baking potato for 7 to 8 minutes on high
- 1 baking potato
- 2 (10-ounce) cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/4 cup real bacon pieces
- Sour cream, for garnish
- Green onion, finely chopped, optional for garnish
Chicken Spaghetti

Boil chicken til done and remove from water (saving water for noodles)
- 1 package chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 a yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)

- 1 jar (17 ounces) butterscotch-caramel ice cream topping
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Pineapple-Orange Cream Cake

- 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix, without pudding
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
- 4 eggs, beaten well

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice

- 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2-3 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 ounces Velveeta, diced
Beer Can Grilled Chicken

For the chicken rub: In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together and use for the grilled chicken
- Beer Can Chicken Rub:
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 4 pounds chicken, washed and dried

Chia Dip With Feta

1. PLACE all the ingredients in a food processor and mix to combine
- 1/2 lb of frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 lb of frozen or fresh asparagus
- 8 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (or to taste)
