Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

The first thing you’ll want to do is place all four chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Shrimp, Lobster and Corn Chowder

Thaw lbster and shrimp put the clam broth and light cream in a sauce pan, bring to a boil
- 1 lb lobster meat frozen and thawed
- 1 lb shrimp frozen and thawed
- 1/2 cup clam broth
- 4 cups light cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 med potatoes
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 can s cream of corn
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Coconut Custard Pie

- 3.4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter

- 4 - 6 scallions chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1.2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 pkgs Ramen Chicken Noodles
- Could also used packaged slaw mixture
- Dressing
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs vinegar
- Shake until sugar is dissolved
Broccoli Slaw

- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Salad:
- 1 or 2 bags broccoli slaw
- sliced / minced red onion
- feta cheese
- cranraisins - add at end
- slivered almonds - add at end
