Antipasto Squares

1. Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9x13 pan
- ¼ lb. Provolone Cheese
- ¼ lb. Genoa Salami
- ¼ lb. Sliced Pepperoni
- 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
- 1 package Shredded Mozarella Cheese
- 2 TBSP. Parm. Cheese
- 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers
- 3 Eggs
Topsy Turvey Sangria

In a pitcher, stir the wine, sugar, orange liqueur and brandy until sugar is dissolved
- 1 bottle (750 milliliters) merlot
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 to 1 cup brandy
- 3 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 medium lemon, sliced
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 medium peach, sliced
- Ice cubes
Mediterranean Salad

In a very large salad bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 18 cups torn romaine (about 2 large bunches)
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup julienned roasted sweet red peppers
- 1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, halved
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Spooktacular Pumpkin HMR Shake

Pour (in this order) water, oranges, pumpkin puree, spice, HMR Shake Mix and ice into a blender
- 1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 6 oz water
- 6 ice cubes
Makeover Spinach Tuna Casserole

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 5 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 package (6 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken stuffing mix
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
Mini Bacon Cheese Cups

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 16 mini muffin cups with cooking spray
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
- 3 oz shredded Swiss cheese (about 2/3 cup)
- 8 slices precooked bacon (from 2.2-oz package), chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- Additional finely chopped green onions, if desired
Puffed-Pancake Brunch Casserole

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 2 cups milk
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1 lb cubed cooked ham (about 3 cups)
- 1 package (2.1 oz) precooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- Dash ground nutmeg
Bermuda Rum Swizzle

- 5 oz orange juice
- 5 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz grenadine
- 4 oz dark rum
- 4 oz light rum
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
