Mock- Éclair

Whip the whip and add to pudding
- Topping:
- 2 pkg vanilla pudding
- 2 c whip
- 2 graham crackers, dipped in wine
- 2 T milk
- 2 T cocoa
- Vanilla
- 1 T margarine
- 1 1/2 c confectioners’ sugar
- A little water
Apple Cake (Buba )

Put margarine on dough. Bread crumbs, sliced apples, cinnamon, sugar
- 1 kilo flour
- 400 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 4 yolks
- 2 c sugar
- 2 pkg (20g) baking powder
- 4 vanilla sugar
Strawberry Ice Cream (Tamar)

Add all ingredients and mix at high speed to beaten egg whites
- 1 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 whip, whipped
- 1 pkg strawberries
Chocolate Drizzle Kettle Corn

Place the oil and 3 popcorn kernels into a large non-stick pot or wok with lid
- 3 T oil
- 1/2 c popcorn kernels
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

Cinnamon Bundt Cake

Make batter and mix crumbs separately
- Crumbs:
- 3 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/3 c brown sugar
- 12 T flour
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c margarine
Apple Tarts Poilane

Position rack in top third of oven and preheat to 400°
- 2 sheets (1 pkg of 17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 6-7 oz apples, peeled, cored, quartered and quarters cut into 8 slices
- 4 T golden brown sugar
- 4 T melted unsalted butter
- 1 egg, beaten to blend (for glaze)

- 1 clove garlic
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T soy
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/3 c olive oil

- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 4 or 5 flour tortillas, warmed
