Ice Cream (Judy)

Whip the 2 whips, eggs, sugar, and vanilla together
- Crunch:
- 2 whip
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2-3 tsp vanilla
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 4 c corn flakes
Buttercream icing

cream margarine and sugar and add other ingridients
- 130 gram margarine
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 T milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Banana Cake

Mix coffee rich and vinegar
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking owder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c creamed marg
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mashed bananas
- 1/4 c coffee rich
- 1 T vinegar
Pasta and Vegetables (Tovah)

Toss vegetables with oil. Cook at 450° for 25 min
- 2 peppers, red and yellow
- 1 basket mushrooms
- 2 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 T fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 c fresh parsley on top
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 3 1/2 c spaghetti sauch
- 1 lb mazarella
- 1 lb hard cheese
Chocolate Mousse Cake (Yonina)

Melt chocolate with margarine
- Top:
- 7 oz melted chocolate
- 1 stick margarine
- 7 eggs
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 whip
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 whip
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Creamsicle (Tamar)

Whip until high volume. Add the egg whites and continue to beat at high speed
- Middle Layer:
- 2 8 oz containers of dessert whip
- 3 eggs, separated
- 6 T light Karo syrup
- 3 T vanilla
- 1 c confectioners’ sugar
- 1 dessert whip
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c sugar
- 4 oz orange juice concentrate
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- Food coloring (optional)
Sweet Salmon

cook onions and sugar over low heat till the sugar melts
- 3 onions sliced
- 2 c. Sugar
- 6 Slices salmon
- 2 c. water
- 1 T salt
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Fruit Pie

Half on bottom, half on top
- Filling:
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 c vegetable shortening
- 6-7 T cold water
- 1 1/2 c strawberry
- 1 1/2 c blueberry
- 1 1/2 c raspberry
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c apple juice
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T unsalted butter
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

In medium bowl, combine ¾ sugar, flour, 3 T cocoa, baking powder and salt
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 7 T cocoa
- 2 T baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/3 c margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c hot water
Chicken Roll ups (Tovah)

mash the above and stuff cutlets poor sauce over and bake for 15 minutes
