Meatballs with cranberry sauce

Combine sauces in a large saucepan
- 1 - 14 oz can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 1 - 12 oz bottle Chili Sauce
- 1 bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs or freshly made if you prefer
Chicken Cacciatore

Add onions to bottom of stoneware
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 14 1/2-oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
Brownie Mocha Trifle

Brownies cake mix and used two
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (8-inch square pan size)
- 1-3/4 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 Skor,or other candy bar (1.4 ounces), crushed

In a small nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 slivered fresh sage leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup drained cannellini beans
- salt and pepper
Chef John Folse's Shrimp Remoulade

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the above ingredients, whisking well to incorporate the seasonings
- 1 1/2 cups heavy-duty mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Creole mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (Chef Folse likes Louisiana Gold, but Tabasco will do)
- 1/2 cup finely diced green onions
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 3 dozen 21-25 count boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined

- cup butter, melted
- 30 striped round peppermint candies
- 4 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 16 ounce carton dairy sour cream
- 1/2 1/2
- cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon peppermint extract or 3 drops peppermint oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- Chocolate curls and/or striped round peppermint candies, coarsely crushed
P. F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Make the special sauce by dissolving the sugar in water in a small bowl
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water chestnut
- 2/3 cup mushroom
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4-5 leaves iceberg lettuce
- Special Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hot mustard
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1-2 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Place the pork roast in the slow cooker
- 1/2 lbs pork roast
- 1 14-oz bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 hamburger buns or hard rolls
Tuscan Style Fish Baked in Parchment Paper

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut out four 12”x13” sheets of parchment or tin foil
- 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pint grape or cherry tomatoes,
- sliced in half
- 10 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, lightly chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Zest from half a lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
