1.Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 18 PEEK FREANS Ginger Crisps, crushed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

1. Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain and set aside until cool

Strawberry Vinaigrette

RECIPE 3 Ingredients: 1 c
- Preparation:
- RECIPE 1
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (balsamic is even better, but carb counts vary, so be careful)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweetener to taste (depends on sweetness of strawberries; you might not need it)
- Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. Add vinegar, mustard, and seasonings. Blend, then add olive oil. Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust

- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- Directions
- In a blender or food processor, mix olive oil, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar. Blend until smooth.

- it tea or juice? Either way, everyone agrees that Master Handa's juicy matcha recipe is delicious! He shared this recipe with attendees at the Matcha Seminar in San Francisco this past month, and now we want to share it with everyone else:
- Master Handa's Juicy Matcha Recipe
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 to 1 1 teaspoon of DōMatcha
- 6 6 6 ounces of water
- 6 6 6 ounces of juice, preferably a thick all-fruit drink such as Odwalla fruit smoothies
- to the matcha and water together thoroughly. Pour juice in a separate glass, and add add matcha mix on top to form a lovely two-layered effect. You can also mix the matcha directly into the juice for a refreshing drink any time of day!
