Stuffed French Toast with Brie and Berries

1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together
- Toppings:
- 8 slices of bread-brioche, white, or French
- 5 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons raspberry jam
- Brie cheese, sliced and rind removed, 4 slices per French toast “sandwich”
- Mixed berries
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar
Mulled Apple Cider

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter

Hot Cranberry Punch

Combine all ingredients except Vodka in the stoneware
- 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick tied in cheesecloth
- 1-2 cups Vodka (optional)
Honeyed Ham Glaze

1.Mix together in a bowl: honey, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, cloves and ginger
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
