To cold water, add Bisquik and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl
- Dough:
- 1 1/4 lbs. Bisquik
- 3 Oz. freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 Oz. cold water
- Garlic Spread:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teas. garlic powder
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1/8 teas. onion powder
- 1/8 teas. dried parsley

- 1/2 cup flour

- 1 cup chopped plum tomato salsa
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion salsa
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt salsa
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper salsa
- 1 whole avocado, chopped salsa
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro chicken
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice chicken
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil chicken
- 24 ounces chicken breast

- 6 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® (crushed to 1 1/2 cups)

- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pale ale. or other light-colored beer
- 1 1/2 cups low-tat milk, divided
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 3/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar, preferably orange
- 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles, (see Note)
- 2 tablespoons time juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 pound shell pasta, box dilatini or small shells
- 1 cup parsley

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup mango, cubed

- 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper , chopped and seeded
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
