John Legend's Mac and Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for baking dish
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 (8-ounce) packages extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8-ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Paprika, for sprinkling
Ramen Broccoli Slaw

Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces
- (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
Best Ever Texas Sheet Cake

HEAT oven to 375ºF. MELT 2 chocolate squares as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
- 3/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
Corn Dip

Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheese
- 15 oz yellow and white corn (1 can) drained
- 22 oz mexicorn (2 11oz cans) drained. can also use southwest corn
- 2 cups cheese shredded or grated, whatever flavor you prefer
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bundle green onions chopped
Baked Chicken drumsticks

Directions 1.Heat oven to 450°F
- 8 drumsticks (about 2 lb total)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepperadd to shopping list
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive or canola oil

Directions 1.Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup (5 ounces) chopped walnuts

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab and onions until blended
- 1/3 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of crab meat - drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 2.1 oz. package of mini phyllo tart shells
- 1/3 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce

- 750 g medium zucchini, grated 1 1/2 lb
- 10 ml salt 2 tsp
- 1 large carrot, grated 1
- 1 red pepper, julienned 1
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1
- 1 stalk celery, julienned 1
- 30 ml each fresh parsley and dill, chopped 2 tbsp
- DRESSING -
- 175 ml mayonnaise 3/4 cup
- 30 ml dijon mustard 2 tbsp
- 30 ml red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
- 15 ml olive oil 1 tbsp
- 15 ml liquid honey 1 tbsp
- 1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
