  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Chop pecans in blender until it turns into flour texture

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. each of ginger and cinnamon

  • 4 tbls. stevia or splenda
  • Filling:
  • 3- 8 oz packages cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar substitute, or to taste - I like Stevia
  • 1 can (about 15 oz) pumpkin (organic, not pie filling)
  • 1 tbls. vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
