Cheese Sausage Biscuit Rolls

Shea's mom used to make these for us, boy were they good!
- 1 10 oz package shredded sharp cheddar chees
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 3 c bisquick
Double Tree's Chocolate Chip Cookies
By hchampoux
Grind oats in a food processor or blender until fine
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups semi-sweet, chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Peanut butter pie

whip egg whites until until foamy, add sugar and whip until glossy
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/4 cup Reeses peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whipped sweetened heavy cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1 teas. baking powder
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts, ground fine
- 1 cup Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Monster Cookies

Don't know where I got this recipe, but they sure our good!
- 12 eggs
- 2 lbs brown sugar
- 4 c white sugar
- 1 tbls vanilla
- 1 tbls syrup
- 8 tsp baking soda
- 1 lb butter
- 3 lb peanut butter
- 18 c quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 lb chocolate chips
- 1 lb m&m candies
Artichoke Dip

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. mayo
- 12 oz. package mozzarella
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Mom's Fruit Salad

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 1 large can mandarin oranges
- 1 large can pineapple tidbits
- 6 bananas
- 3/4 bag marshmallows
- 1 small bag pecans
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries
- 1 small sour cream
Chocolate Fudge Cake

Cake: Sift flour and sugar in bowl
- Cake:
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 tbls. hershey's cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tbls. baking cocoa
- 6 tbls. milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Pistachio Forte

Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into pan
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter (soft)
- 2 tbls. sugar
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 12 oz. container cool whip
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 3 1/2 oz. boxes of pistachio pudding
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
Thanksgiving Day Dressing

Bake the bisquits and cornbread the night before and leave out uncovered overnight
- 2 cans bisquit dough
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 small onions
- 2 tbls. melted butter
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 8 eggs
- sage (lots!)
- salt and pepper to taste
mac and cheese

Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I prefer Greek yogurt)
- One can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, (10 3/4-ounce can)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
