Chile and Cream Cheese Spirals

Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chiles (drained), green onions and black olives in a medium bowl
- 4 oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 1 c (4oz) Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 1 can (4oz) Mild Green Chiles - diced
- 3 Green Onions - sliced
- 1 (2 1/4oz) can chopped black olives
- 4 Flour Tortillas (8 in.)
- Bottled salsa
Baked Beans

Bake in a covered, greased pan or casserole dish at 325 for 2 1/2 hours
- 2 cans (28oz) Pork and Beans
- 2 c Brown Sugar
- 3 t Dry Mustard
- 9 slices of Bacon - cut into pieces
- 1 c Ketchup
- 1 Large Onion - chopped
Basic Broiled Scallops

Rinse scallops with cold water to remove any remaining shell particles
- 2 lbs Fresh Scallops
- 1/2 c Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 to 1 t Minced Garlic
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/8 t White Pepper
- Paprika
Swiss Steak

Cut meat into serving pieces, season with salt and pepper then roll in flour
- 2 lbs Round Steak at least 1" thick (Shoulder or Chuck)

- Flour
- 2 T fat (oil)
- 1 medium Onion - diced
- 1 medium bunch of Celery - diced
- 1 medium Green Pepper - diced
- 1 can (10 oz) Tomato Soup
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 T Cornstarch (optional)

In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients (except tortillas) until well blended
- 2 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c shredded Mexican cheese
- 2 T Old El Paso taco seasoning
- 2 c shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies - well drained
- 1 t minced Garlic
- 4 Green Onions - sliced
- 1/2 c Cilantro - chopped
- 8 Burrito sized Tortillas

- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 (5-inch) portobello mushroom caps
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lower-sodium soy sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- lowfat/nonfat mayo
- 4 (3-ounce) hoagie rolls
Cheeseburger Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 uncooked pie crust (store bought or prepared)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 slices raw Thorn Apple Valley bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup Progresso panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick black pepper
- 2 cups Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Eggland’s Best egg
- 1/4 cup TruMoo milk
Macaroni Salad

Coat cooked macaroni with Italian Dressing and let sit overnight
- 1/2 lb Shell Macaroni (2 cups)
- 1/2 c Green Pepper - chopped
- 1/2 c Carrot - shredded
- 4 or 5 stalks Celery - finely chopped
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs - whites chopped small, yolks mashed with fork
- 1 t Mustard - heaping
- 1/2 t Horserdish
- Dump of Celery Seed
- 1/2 t Vinegar or Sweet Pickle Juice
- Salt, Pepper and Sugar
- 1/4 Miracle Whip
- 2 T Sweet Onion - finely minced
- 1/4 c Italian Dressing
BBQ Ribs

Mix all together and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
- 1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 Medium Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
- 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 6-8 dashes Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/4 t Celery Seed (don't use too much)
- 1 1/2 -2 c Brown Sugar
