Asian Kale Salad w/Peanut Dressing

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth
- Dressing:
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 2 2 tsp. ground ginger
- Salad:
- 6 6 6 cups Simple Truth® Baby Kale, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Simple Truth® Whole Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 1 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 1 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Simple Truth® Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Tuna Fish Salad

Mix all ingredients into bowl and refrigerate
- 2 cans Tuna Fish - drained
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs - chopped
- 2 T Sweet Pickle Relish
- 2 stalks Celery - chopped
- 2 1/2 T (about) Mayonaise
Marble Cheese Cake

Combine crumbs, 3T sugar and margarine
- 1 c Graham Crackers - crumbs
- 3 T Sugar
- 3 T Margarine or Butter - melted
- 3 8oz pkg Cream Cheese - softened
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 3 T Flour
- 1 t Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 1 10oz square unsweetened chocolate - melted
Braunschwieger Ball

- 3/4 lb Braunschwieger (Liver)
- 1 med Onion - finely chopped
- 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 T Wine
Italian Pasta Salad

- 1 Zucchini - chopped
- 1 Tomato - chopped
- 1 1/2 c cooked Green Beans
- 3-4 oz Pepperoni - diced
- 2 c cooked Macaroni Shells

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin...
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Skillet chicken Cordon Bleu

Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 thin boneless, skinless cutlets, 4 oz each
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour*
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 thin slices low sodium deli ham, I use Boar’s Head (3 oz total)
- 4 slices light Swiss Cheese such as Alpine Lace (3 oz total)
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Tuscan Chicken and Spaghetti

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti or angel hair according to package directions until al dente
- 12 oz. spaghetti or angel hair
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 3 c. baby spinach
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- Basil, for garnish
