- Icing
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c Margarine - softened
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c Confectioner Sugar

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 1 pound bucatini or your favorite pasta
- 1 pound pancetta, diced
- 1/2 pound small asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, cut in half
- 1 cup English peas, shucked
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mint, thinly sliced
- Pea tendrils for garnish

Barbecued Beef Brisket

Preheat oven to 225. Rub brisket mixture well into the beef brisket
- Sauce:
- 14 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 t Chili Powder
- 1 medium Onion - chopped
- 1/2 t minced Garlic
- 1/2 c Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 t Tarragon
- Brisket:
- 1 t minced garlic
- 3 t Chili Powder
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 t Brown Sugar
- 1/2 t Cumin
- 1/2 t Sage
- 1/2 t Basil
- 1/2 t Oregano
- Dash of salt, pepper and tabasco sauce
