Bacon & Tomato Pizza

Instructions: To make dough, stir yeast into warm water and let stand 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Yeast (dried)
- 1/3 cup Warm Water
- 1 cup Nonfat MozzaCheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
- 6 strips Bacon
- 2 tbsp Basil, Oregano, Thyme
- 1 Red Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Ring

Preheat oven to 350. Beat creamy cheese with sugar and vanilla until fluffy
- 2 cans Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 21 oz Apple Pie Filling or Homemade Apple Pie Filling-see below
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce or Homemade Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Apple Pie Filling
- 4 cup sliced, peeled Apples
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup warm Water
- Place apple slices in bowl.
- Add 3/4 cup water and lemon juice and toss to prevent browning.
- In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until blended.
- Add cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. Whisk until blended.
- Add contents of apple slice bowl to saucepan and cook over low heat until apples are tender.
- Allow to cool before putting in crust.

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Garlic And Herb Buttermilk Dressing

Whisk together the buttermilk and mayonnaise, then add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped and divided
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried dill weed or 1/2 tsp fresh
Holiday Cherry Cheese Bars

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 pan with crisco
- 1 c Walnut pieces - divided
- 1 1/4 c All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 c Brown Sugar - firmly packed
- 1/2 c Butter Flavor Crisco
- 1/2 c Coconut Flakes
- 2 8oz pkg Cream Cheese - softened
- 2/3 c Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 t Vanilla
- 1 21oz can Cherry Pie Filling
Mock Lemon Meringue Cake

- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Deluxe Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 2 c Lemon pudding and pie filling - prepared
- 1 container (8oz) Whipped Topping - thawed
Oriental Pasta Salad

- 1 lg can Mandarin Oranges - drained
- 2 c Seedless Grapes - cut in halves

- 1/4 t Butter
- 3 cloves of Garlic - crushed
- 1/4 c Parsley - chopped, divided
- 1 t Lemon Peel - grated
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 4 Lemon Wedges
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Bacon-Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin
- Serves 4
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (regular can be substituted)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 to 6 slices good-quality bacon
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (or other neutral high-heat oil)
- 1/4 cup Major Grey's Chutney (See Recipe Note)
- 2 tablespoons whole grain or Dijon mustard
