green onions, thinly sliced
cup fat free Greek yogurt
crumbled blue cheese
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place the green onions in a medium bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish. Add the yogurt, blue cheese and pepper, and fold together carefully. Don’t smash the cheese too much—you want the dip to have small, medium and large chunks. Top with the reserved green onions. Serve with veggie sticks.
