Chunky Blue Cheese Dip

This chunky blue cheese dip uses greek yogurt as the basis, which makes it lower fat than traditional mayonnaise based dips, and gives it a tangy taste. Serve with fresh vegetables for a great snack or side dish.

  • 4

    green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1

    cup fat free Greek yogurt

  • ¼

    crumbled blue cheese

  • ½

    teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Carrot sticks

  • Celery sticks


Place the green onions in a medium bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish. Add the yogurt, blue cheese and pepper, and fold together carefully. Don’t smash the cheese too much—you want the dip to have small, medium and large chunks. Top with the reserved green onions. Serve with veggie sticks. I love carrots and celery with this one, but you can find more options.
