- 1 can (14 Ounce Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 3 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Minced (use Less If Desired)
- 1 can (14 Ounce Can) Pinto Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (14 Ounce Can) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (14-ounce Can) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste
- 1/4 cup Masa Harina
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- Sour Cream, For Serving
- Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese, For Serving
