Preheat oven to 350, spray pan(s) Mix together wet ingredients well
- 2 c canned pumpkin
- 3/4 c oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 t powder ginger
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cloves
Malai Kofta

- Kofta:
- 2 Squash, yellow
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Onion, white or yellow
- 2 cups Chickpea (garbanzo) flour

- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 Egg (opt)

- 3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

- 1 pound fresh blackberries, (about 3 heaping cups)
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
