Goldfish Bowl Bites

Combine crackers and pecans in a large shallow roasting pan
- 2 (6 oz.) bags plain goldfish crackers
- 1 (6 oz.) bag cheddar goldfish crackers
- 1 (6 oz.) bag pretzel goldfish crackers
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
- 1 pkg (4 oz.) ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg (4 oz. blue cheese dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup peanut M & M's, if desired

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Layer 2 (15-inch) sheets of heavy aluminum foil together and fold 1/4-inch of the edges together to create 1 sheet

- 1 (22 ounce) loaf round Italian bread
- 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

The Ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup

The stock recipe makes more than the soup recipe calls for
- 1 whole chicken , halved and cleaned and 6 chicken wings
- 3 carrots , trimmed
- 1 onion , peeled
- 2 leeks , thoroughly rinsed
- 4 stalks celery
- 3 parsnips , trimmed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion , chopped (about 2 cups)
- 3 carrots , peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch coins
- 2 stalks celery , cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 pound egg noodles
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper , to taste

- 4 large baking potatoes, cut into French fry strips
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows

Beef Bouillon Soup from Oxtails

- 3-4 lbs oxtails, patted dry
- Salt and pepper
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch sections
- Zest of one orange, removed in strips with a vegetable peeler
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 4 quarts water
- 1/3 cup fresh cranberries (if in season, otherwise use a quarter of a lemon)
- 10 oz mushrooms, chopped coarse
- 3 ribs celery, cut into 1-inch sections
- 4 sprigs of thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
