- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch Salt

- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 small Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 3-4 Basil Leaves, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Leaves, chopped

- 12 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, melted

- 4 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate
- 4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 cup Butter, room temperature
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Starbucks Coffee Liqueur

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
- Topping:
- 2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, I used 1 tbsp
- 1/2 cup Tart Apple, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caramel Bits
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Herb Topped Fish

Very moist and flavorful fish
- 8 fillets Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod or Snapper
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- Paprika
Lemon Citronette

Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl
- Zest of Lemon
- Juice of Lemon
- 3 tbsp Champagne Vinegar
- 2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Hot Pepper Catsup

Mix all ingredients well. Keep in refrigerator
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic - cut in half
- dash of celery salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
- Original recipe:
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1-2/3 cup Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Dash Nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- My version:
- 1-1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1-2/3 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- Three Dashes Nutmeg
